1. Do all your holidays include home pick-ups?

All holidays of 3 days or more include our home collection service from within our home collection area. We do not offer home collection on 2 day tours or day excursions, but we do offer many local pick up points on our 2 day tours and day excursions.

2. When is your booking office open?

We are open from 08:45 until 17:15 Monday to Fridays and 09:00 until 17:00 on Saturday.
We are closed on Sundays and Bank Holidays.

3. Do you sell Gift Vouchers?

Yes, Gift Vouchers are available in denominations of £5, £10 & £25 and can be redeemed against any of our tours and excursions. These are available for purchase direct with our booking office.

4. Will you send me a reminder when my balance is due?

No. Your balance due date is printed on your Confirmation/Invoice. Please note that we will NOT automatically deduct your balance from your credit card, you will need to contact us again. We expect you to pay by the due date shown.

5. Do I have to pay for my excursion in full?

On all day excursions, full payment must be made at the time of booking. However, we can hold your reservation provisionally enabling you to post your Cheque/Postal Order payment to us.

6. Will I receive my theatre/concert tickets in advance of travel?

All theatre and concert tickets will be issued on the day of travel by the driver.

7. Why is holiday/excursion detailed in your brochure that I want to book on not listed on your website?

If a particular trip is not listed on the website, it is probably full or does not have enough seats spare to accommodate your request. Please email our booking office for further details.

8. Seatbelts

To comply with current legislation, seatbelts must be worn at all times whilst travelling on our coaches

10. Do you allocate seats on day excursions and tours?

Yes, a seat is allocated at the time of booking. Specific seats will not be allocated on feeder vehicles or transfer vehicles to airports, etc.

11. Where do I find my Pick up Time?

For day excursions, pick up times will be confirmed to you approximately 2 or 3 days prior to travel. For all holiday tours your pickup time will be sent along with your travel documents and luggage labels approximately 10-14 days prior to departure.

12. Is there a toilet on board your coaches?

Yes, all our main tour coaches for holidays have a toilet on board. Feeder/Home Collection Vehicles do not have this facility.
